Mistreatment and/or neglect of patients cannot and will not be tolerated. A witnessed incident of patient abuse and/or neglect must be reported immediately to the Program Director. Failure to report such a witnessed incident may be viewed as an attempt to conceal the incident and may result in corrective action, up to and including termination.
