It is the policy of Partial Hospitalization Program to respect its staff member's cultural values, ethical and religious beliefs and the impact these may have on patient care. Conflicting cultural values, ethical or religious beliefs may be sufficient grounds for granting requests for revisions in daily assignments and/or requests not to participate in the provision of care.
