It is the policy of this company to consider all properly submitted requests for time off, with or without pay, from all employees.
When such requests are made in connection with earned or accrued benefit time, proper considerations will be given to the employee, with the welfare of patients foremost in mind. Initial approval of all such requests is required by Office Manager, but may be subject to Administrative approval if the benefit time is in question.
