POLICY:
As a component of Hospital's infection control program, all new and existing employees shall comply with communicable disease screening, including measles, rubella and varicella.

Acceptable presumptive evidence of immunity may be demonstrated by one of the following:
Birth before 1957, or
Serologic evidence of measles immunity, or
