Refrigerated temperature is defined as 2 degrees C to 8 degrees C
Frozen temperature is defined as -20 degrees C to -10 degrees C
All refrigerators and freezers that store medications shall have a thermometer.
The Refrigerator Temperature Log will be used to document the appropriate temperatures. The completed logs will be kept on file.
The refrigerator will be checked and the temperature recorded on the Refrigerator Temperature Log every day.
