This organization may arrange for staff members speaking the same foreign language or an interpreter to work with non-English speaking patients, as appropriate.
Cultural considerations for all patients shall be respected and observed. Where such considerations impede the provision of prescribed treatment, personnel shall notify the Clinical Supervisor/Director Patient Care Services/Operations Manager and/or the physician in an effort to accommodate the patient's preference.
